I am a thirty-something working mom enjoying life in beautiful Southern California. I am a mother to my spirited son, and partner to an amazing man, who both take my breath away each and every day. I love to cook and bake, and I'm pretty darn good at it. I love crafting when I have the time, and I love decorating and organizing my home. I have found blogging to be a great way to connect with other ladies out there, sharing ideas, recipes, stories, and the wonderful, scary, stressful, beautiful journey called motherhood.
Betty Crocker Wannabe started as a way to share recipes, and has evolved into a collection of my favorite recipes, craft & decor ideas, photography and stories about motherhood and adoption. I have shared and gained so much more than I ever thought I would. I have made many friends, found some amazing inspiration for recipes, photography, crafts, motherhood and just life in general.
I am truly grateful for the friendships I have made here. You all are truly a blessing to my heart and have touched my life in ways you may never know. I thank you for the privilege of being able to share in your lives, and for you sharing in mine.
